UAE DELIVERY
- We offer FREE delivery within the UAE for all orders above AED250.
- A delivery charge of AED25 applies for orders below that amount.
- Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
- Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, except for remote areas that can take slightly longer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
- Shipping fees are estimated at check-out depending on your location & the weight of your order. Please get in touch shall your country not be listed at checkout.
- We are not able to shop heavier weights or large package sizes like furniture.
- GCC shipping within 5-7 business days; International shipping within 7-14 business days.
- Please note custom duties & taxes may apply as per your country customs regulations - to be paid by the consignee (receiver) at the time of delivery. In case you refuse to pay these fees, the package will be destroyed by the shipper and there will be no refund.
TIP
- You may use Shop & Ship services by Aramex instead, for a more competitive rate. You can register for free and ship your order from their address to yours. In that case, simply fill the local delivery address Aramex provides you. We will deliver your order to Aramex and they will handle the delivery to you at an affordable rate.
